The vision at Sadiq & Company is to become a center of excellence in research and education for youths empowerment through agricultural practices, and by ending poverty from my community, then the nation entirely. And also making climate change an gender equality possible in Africa. 

Class training of the youths in the ccommunity, looking to engage with stakeholder and strong international visibility. We are committed both in producing high-quality research on climate change by attending climate change seminars, and sustainable development and in applying evidence-based and innovative solutions to real-world challenges at local, national and maybe one day the world. Committed to established as leader in Africa. 

At Sadiq & Company, I balanced the gender equality gap, by paying the same wages and salary to all the trainees, and in terms of number of participations, men and women is equal. In 2023, the women in the company wil surpass the number of the males counterparts.
