Hello, my name is Sadiq Abubakar owner of the Sadiq & Company. This website is to inspire my fellow youths around Nigeria to stand up and be change-makers. Part of what I do on this website, I also promote gender equality, defeat poverty, and defend the planet. 

In my community, I'm using agriculture to teach and empower a small group of youths every year. Since the beginning of my program in 2021, I train youths to be self-reliant. At the end of every session, I set them with some capital that can push them forward. 

Agriculture makes up about 70% of the world economy. Agriculture is the only investment that guaranteed a 5 times return on all your investment. I chose the field and lend a helping hand in my community, in fishing, cattle rearing, farming, etc. Doing this no matter how small it is, can change someone's life.
